1. Our Services

Robonova.i provides a personal chatbot and intelligent companion service available through text, voice, and real-time audio and video interfaces.

Real-time communication may use third-party technology, including Shengwang (Agora) SDK, to facilitate audio and video calls.

2. Cancellation of Services

You may stop using the Services at any time. Some paid services, subscriptions, or in-app purchases may be governed by the applicable app store payment rules.

3. General Practices Regarding Use and Storage

You acknowledge that Robonova.i may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Services, including storage, retention, and technical logs needed to operate the Services.

4. Mobile Services

The Services may include mobile features such as messaging, push notifications, camera access, microphone access, and in-app purchases. Your carrier, app store, or device provider may apply separate terms or fees.

5. Conditions of Use

You are responsible for the content you upload, send, or transmit through the Services, including live audio and video streams.

• Do not transmit illegal, harmful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
• Do not interfere with the security, integrity, or normal operation of the Services.

6. App Store Legal Information

If you download the app from Apple App Store, Google Play, TestFlight, or other distribution channels, their rules may also apply to your use of the app.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Robonova.i and its licensors own the Services, software, logos, interfaces, and related content. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute them without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Some functions depend on third-party providers for AI processing, real-time communication, payment, analytics, or infrastructure. Robonova.i is not responsible for third-party service interruptions outside its control.

9. Warranty, Indemnity, and Liability

The Services are provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that real-time audio/video calls will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet a specific quality standard because they may depend on network conditions and third-party providers.

10. Dispute Resolution and Privacy
